Making Your Appointment
You, or the dentist who referred you, may call our office to schedule your initial visit with Doctor Krueger at the San Antonio office. We will strive to obtain all the necessary information from you or your dentist’s office once an appointment has been made.
This paperwork may be completed at home, and you may mail it back or bring it with you on your first visit. If you are a new patient you will receive a new-patient packet with a welcome letter, map to our office, and important paperwork. Your dentist may give you Doctor Krueger’s business card and ask you to call us at your convenience to schedule your appointment. We will be happy to find a time suitable for you.
If you were not referred by another dentist, and heard about Doctor Krueger from a friend or family member, we will be happy to assist you. We will help schedule your initial visit and send you a new-patient packet with important paperwork. For your convenience some of these forms are available for you to download from our website.

Monday through Thursday: 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Friday: 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
Preparing for Your Appointment
If you have not received or mailed back your new-patient paperwork, we will be happy to help you complete it upon your arrival at our office in San Antonio. We do ask that all new patients arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please bring your driver’s license, and any necessary paperwork you were sent to complete.

Insurance and Financial Policy
We are happy to complete and file all necessary insurance paperwork for you, and we ask that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
Although we are not preferred providers for insurance carriers, we are happy to help you utilize all the coverage you have with your carriers. Many insurance carriers will allow you to see the provider of your choice with some slight coverage variations. We also offer financing options that we will be happy to discuss with you at your initial visit.
